We get to work.

We operate first come, first served and accommodate urgent repairs as capacity allows. If we know a job will require significant time, we discuss that upfront.

05 / Good to know

Straightforward service.
Clear expectations.

A few things to know before bringing in your equipment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For all shop repairs, roadside assistance, and storage: we accept EFS, Comcheck, T-Chek, cash, cashier’s check, debit card in person, or wire transfer.

We do not accept credit cards or payments over the phone. We do not use payment links. Please confirm your payment method with the shop before service.

How do diagnostics, estimates, and billing work?

Complex or unknown problems are billed based on the actual time required. Electrical repairs are always billed for actual time. Identifying a fault may take 15 minutes or several hours, and testing or disassembly may be needed before the repair scope is known. For that reason, we generally do not provide fixed estimates for diagnostic work or unknown issues.

When a job is clearly going to require significant time, we tell you upfront. When you bring in equipment and ask us to solve a problem, we generally proceed with diagnosis and repair. Please discuss any spending limits, approval requirements, or deadlines with us before work begins.

Straightforward, standard jobs such as tire or brake-shoe replacement may be priced in advance when the scope and parts are clear.

Why isn’t there a flat price for an oil change or PM?

Trucks vary in engine configuration, oil capacity, viscosity, oil type, and filter requirements. A fuel system may use one, two, or three filters, with substantial differences in filter cost. Our oil changes and preventive maintenance are priced for the actual parts, supplies, and labor required by your vehicle, rather than a single fixed package price.

We focus on using appropriate, quality oils and filters and completing the service properly.

Can I bring my own parts?

We normally supply the parts used in our repairs. Customer-supplied parts are accepted only by prior arrangement when we cannot obtain the required parts in a timely manner. Please speak with us before purchasing or bringing parts.

Can I leave a trailer or arrange extended truck storage?

If you bring a semi-trailer along while your truck is being repaired, trailer parking can be arranged for $50 per day. Please confirm space availability with the shop.

We normally allow up to three days to collect your truck after repairs are completed. If you need to leave it longer—for example, for a week or two—extended truck storage is $30 per day. Please arrange the stay and confirm when storage charges begin with the shop.

What warranty do you provide?

Our labor warranty is 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts are covered according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Contact the shop if you have a concern about a completed repair.

Do I need an appointment? Are you open on weekends?

We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Call ahead about urgent issues and current capacity; start and completion times depend on the workload, diagnosis, and parts availability.

We are closed on weekends. Limited emergency service may be available by prior arrangement, including during extreme weather. Call ahead to confirm.
